Pet portraits are a lovely way to capture the character and expressiveness of your pet. Using gouache paint (opaque watercolour) and thick, smooth watercolour paper, I will transform your pet photo into a piece of art you will hopefully treasure forever. Paintings are approximately 11.5 x 15.5" including a small border to help with framing. Please get in touch to discuss other sizes - I am very flexible!

You will need to provide me with a photo. I can help you pick out the best photo of your pet. If needed I can crop photos and add colour adjustments to improve tone and contrast. I will only start the painting once you are happy with the image.

Your portrait will be completed within 2 weeks. I will keep you updated throughout. If your order is urgent, I may be able to complete it sooner. Once the artwork is completed I will send you a high res digital copy of your artwork to make sure you are happy with the outcome - you can use this to make additional art prints if you wish.

Providing you are happy with the piece, the original painting will be sent out to you via recorded post. As it is gouache paint, I would highly recommend mounting and framing it under glass. That way it will remain lovely forever!

I charge £85 per portrait (including postage). If there is more than one animal, or if the composition is quite complex, I may need to charge slightly more. Please contact me for an informal chat! For a more afforadable option please have a look at my mini custom paintings.
